Porter’s #ProTip

“Having mentors and friends who are professionals of color within your workplace is an incredibly important ingredient to one's success. In order to truly have the change we want to see in corporate America, we'll need well-represented senior leadership teams that reflect what America looks like. Before you get to that stage, it's important to build relationships with peers who look like you so that when the time comes, you'll have the necessary relationships and trust in place to drive change.”
